White paper on international development – call for evidence response
The UK Government (FCDO) have opened a call for evidence for a white paper on international development. Scotland’s International Development Alliance have drafted the response below, based on the questions asked in the call for evidence. We are now sharing this with our members for your input. Please let us know if any areas can be improved upon, you have examples to be included, or if you disagree with any of the statements made.
We also encourage members to submit their own response, and you are welcome to draw on any of the content in the PDF.
The deadline for submissions is 16th September and we will be able to consider your comments until 5pm on Wednesday 13th September.
