Join the Cross Party Group on International Development to explore the recent white paper produced by the UK Government.

What does the UK’s new international development approach mean for Scotland?

The Cross-Party Group on International Development will consider the white paper recently produced by the UK Government. The paper sets out the UK’s plan to accelerate progress to eliminate extreme poverty, and address climate change and biodiversity loss.

The meeting will hear directly from the FCDO white paper team, along with reflections from the international development community in Scotland. We will explore what the implications of the new approach are for the sector and whether there are any learnings for the Scottish Government.
