International volunteering opportunities opened up to young people aged 20-25

Project Trust, one of the original international volunteering charities for young people, has for the first time opened up 10 opportunities to young people aged between 20 and 25.

This new development forms part of a three-year pilot that launched in January 2020, and constitutes a first for the charity since it was formed in 1967, as it continues to build on its existing long-term, sustainable placement opportunities offered to up to 300 school-leavers every year with the aim of delivering ‘A Year With No Gaps’.

The opening up of placements for those aged 20-25 means that young people will have better access to more flexible and adaptable volunteering opportunities at an age and stage right for them. spanning teaching, outdoor education, and youth development work.

In response to this exciting development, Project Trust is urging everyone, whether that’s you, or a family member, or someone you know with the desire, motivation, and aptitude required to succeed, to act now in order to secure a place on its April 2020 Selection Courses for travelling overseas in 2020.

About Project Trust:

It aims to deliver overseas opportunities which are responsible, challenging, positive, life-enhancing experience – helping develop and hone skills for life.
