About the speaker:

Isabel Vogel is an independent consultant supporting organisations to achieve their goals through learning, evidence and innovation. Isabel has twenty years’ experience working with a Theory of Change approach, co-authoring practical Theory of Change guidelines such as HIVOS’ Theory of Change guidelines, DFID’s review of the use of Theory of Change in international development and ESPA’s guide to working with a Theory of Change for research projects. Isabel has supported many organisations, development practitioners and programme teams with Theory of Change for strategy development, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). In 2018, Isabel facilitated the development of the Theory of Change for the Global Challenges Research Fund, as part of the evaluation design.
