Gamper Smith Associates (GSA) has been founded in October 2017 by two founders with more than 20 years of experience in international development in the fields of inclusive economic development, vocational education and training, sustainable tourism and public health and nutrition. We have practical work experience from more than 30 countries and provide high quality advisory services to development partners, international and national NGOs, companies, projects and programmes. We strongly believe in co-designing locally adapted solutions and take a systemic approach in our work. Our associate model allows us to bring in trusted local partners and offer tailored solutions in line with partner country and client needs.
