3.1 To secure qulaity income for Action for Humanity’s humanitarian and development projects from Institutional donors, Trusts, Foundations, International NGOs, Government and the Corporate sector
3.2 To acquire Action for Humanity’s accreditations and memberships with different Funding agencies, networks and consortiums at the UK, EU and Global levels
3.3 To initiate the process of Validation and Certification of Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) Alliance and donor scoping study for AFH
Goal 4: Governance and support functions
4.1 To invest in, and building the capacity of, our support functions in order to provide high- quality, coordinated, structured and systematic ways of working.
4.2 To digitise the organisation by setting up a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, to ensure that we continue to provide relevant, high-quality solutions.
