Aberdeen for a Fairer World/Montgomery DEC

Our Aim is to educate and enable people in the North East of Scotland to take action to create a fairer world

For more than 30 years we have been raising awareness, promoting understanding of global concerns and supporting active global citizenship.

Currently we are:
– a member of; North East Scotland Climate Action Network (NESCAN), Aberdeen Fair and Sustainable Trade Group and International Development Education Association of Scotland (IDEAS)
– working with local authorities, communities, schools, teachers and pupils, through our “Action for a Fairer World” project to promote; Children’s rights/participation, global citizenship education, learning for sustainability and to take action around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
