Hear from Work Time Reduction and the SIDA Team who participated in this innovative trial, and learn how it affected our productivity, well-being, and work-life balance.

The four day week is an alternative work arrangement that reduces the number of working days from five to four, while maintaining the same number of working hours and salary. The aim of this arrangement is to improve the well-being of employees, as well as to reduce the environmental impact of commuting and office operations.

SIDA began trialling the four day week in June 2022 and are continuing with the model. Part of our reasoning for taking part in the trial was to share our learnings with our membership, so do join this event to hear more about our experience and ask any questions to understand how it might work for you. Whilst the event is aimed at our members anyone is welcome to join this free event.
