Location: Benin, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Guinea, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Sudan and Uganda.
Eligibility: Eligible organisations include NGOs, CSOs, governments, multilateral bodies, and research institutions. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
