The Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance

Type of project: The Lab will select at least nine ideas for development in 2025, focusing on innovative solutions that address barriers to climate investment in emerging markets and support the transition to a net-zero economy.
Location: Brazil, India, East & Southern Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean
Eligibility: Any type of organisation may apply. This includes social enterprises, for-profit companies, non-profit organisations, government agencies, international organisations, and research institutions in any country. It is recommended that individual innovators, entrepreneurs, or researchers apply through an affiliated organisation.
Grant size: The fund is flexible in our funding structure: we can provide anywhere from $50,000 – $15 million and we can use any form of capital – grants, equity, debt, hybrid capital, etc.
