Location: Projects can be implemented in countries around the world, with a particular emphasis on regions where democracy is under threat or in the process of development.
Eligibility: Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), think tanks, media organizations, political parties, and other civil society entities.
Grant size: $5,000, while larger grants can exceed $100,000.
