THD is small team of coaches some with extensive international development and leadership experience. We provide coaching-led services as a force for good, serving people and organisations who want to make a sustainable difference. Our support to social impact is both through the improved work of our clients and in using surplus generated to provide low-bono access to coaching support to those who would never normally have access to the space they need to think. Specifically we provide 121 executive coaching; group and team cpaching to impact oreganisational culture; leadership development coaching and coach development.
