Na’amal empowers refugees and other under-resourced communities by equipping them with marketable skills, combining essential human (soft) skills with in-demand digital skills for the global labour market. To bridge the persistent employment gap in the digital economy, Na’amal launched the Na’amal Agency, a solution-driven initiative that directly connects skilled refugee talent to paid project-based work opportunities. The Agency specialises in website creation, app development, graphic design, and UX/UI design, providing high-quality digital services while fostering economic inclusion for displaced professionals.
