About the facilitator:
Impact Funding Partners works with the third sector, public sector, private companies and individual donors to create social, environmental and economic impact by developing grant funds with funding partners and managing on their behalf. Their expertise covers all elements of fund management from the initial design through to the evaluation of impact.
Diane Wilson has worked in the third sector in Scotland for over 25 years, starting her career in a local Enterprise Trust before working for a national umbrella organisation and for several Scottish funders. A large focus of her work including a period as a self-employed consultant, has been on providing monitoring and evaluation support, as well as delivering fund management services. Diane joined Impact Funding Partners in 2012 and took up a new post as Head of Operations and Development in 2021, supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation, providing operational management and ensuring best in class fund management and consultancy service delivery.
Ewan Davidson has spent nearly 20 years working in the third sector. After obtaining a degree in Sociology and Social Policy, Ewan worked in a range of positions varying from support worker to manager. Each role has been to reduce social inequality and empower individuals and communities. Since starting with Impact Funding Partners, Ewan has worked on all stages of the Fund Management arm, and now plays a key role in the consultancy and evaluation work that we are delivering. In his role, Ewan is passionate about creating development and partnership opportunities to create greater social impact, and ensure equality and fairness exists.
