Scotland’s International Development Alliance is delighted to host Dylan Mathews, Chief Executive of Peace Direct, for an online webinar exploring the ground-breaking 2021 report, Time to Decolonise Aid.
This webinar will offer Alliance members the chance to delve deeper into this report, with Dylan providing crucial context into the key findings and recommendations. Following Dylan’s presentation, he will take questions from attendees to enable an interactive and engaging environment.

Speaker Bio:
Dylan Mathews is CEO of Peace Direct having joined the organisation in 2015. His commitment to supporting local organisations in the global south spans almost twenty years, during which time he has worked for a range of peacebuilding, international development and humanitarian organisations. He is the editor of ‘Working with Conflict 2’ a practical toolkit for local peacebuilders, published in 2020. Dylan is the Chair of the Board of CIVICUS, a global alliance of civil society organisations and activists dedicated to strengthening citizen action and civil society throughout the world.
