This workshop was designed for Scottish Government small grantees to get to grips with monitoring, evaluation and learning at the end of a project and detail what it means practically for your project.
About the trainer
Emily Balls is an independent consultant who specialises in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning. She has worked on education, public health, agriculture and water and sanitation projects in East and West Africa, Asia and the UK. Her experience includes working on MEL for organisations like the British Red Cross, Fairtrade International and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Emily is based in Moray, Scotland and enjoys supporting charities to improve their monitoring, evaluation and learning systems, tools and strategies.
