Over two decades, Send a Cow has worked with thousands of Kenyan farmers, enabling them to become food and income secure and confident in their futures. Working in partnership with local experts and sub-national governments we have influenced sustainable agricultural development across western Kenya.

Our recently launched Kenya report presents the transformational impact that our approach has had on smallholder farmers and their communities. The report focuses on two projects in western Kenya and summarises their impact in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, you can read the full report here.

On Thursday 14th October we will welcome panellists from the United Nations Environment Programme, Stanbic Bank Kenya, the Kenyan Interior Ministry and Mannion Daniels to discuss the role organisations like this can play in supporting smallholder farmers to build resilience.

The event is sponsored by Stanbic Bank, one of Send a Cow’s strategic corporate partners. The Standard Bank Group is the largest African bank by assets with a unique footprint across 20 African countries. The bank’s core purpose is to drive Africa’s growth looking beyond financial outcomes to create more value socially, economically and environmentally. We thank them for their support of this event.
