With the current global context, transferring funds internationally to partner organisations is proving increasingly difficult. Barriers to transferring money are particularly high in countries where there is active conflict and unrest, given restrictions, sanctions, high fees, slow processing times, passing funds through multiple hands, and more. However, it is essential that we do our best to get support to the communities we work alongside.

SIDA are partnering with StoneX to deliver a short, practical webinar and Q&A on the realities of transferring funds internationally for charities. This session will offer clear, jargon-free insights and real-world examples from across the sector.

This session willaddress:

  • The current state of international money transfers.
  • What barriers exist and why this is the case.
  • Who StoneX are and what services they can provide to support your organisation with money transfer challenges, as well as practical case study examples.
  • Q&A with StoneX experts.
