Join us in person for the second gathering of the Leader Knowledge Exchange Forum. For SIDA members only, this event invites all those in a senior leadership position to come together to discuss and share about a topic which is vital to their leadership role. After a fruitful launch event in October, 2025, this will be the second meeting of what we hope will be many (both in person and online) and a chance to strengthen the community, peer support one another and exchange your knowledge.
In this forum we will be exploring inequality in the sector, power dynamics and best practice examples of addressing these issues.
