Join us online for the third gathering of the Leader Knowledge Exchange Forum. For SIDA members only, this event invites all those in a senior leadership position to come together to discuss and share about a topic which is vital to their leadership role. These forum meetings serve as a chance to strengthen the community, peer support one another and exchange your knowledge.
To support and deepen our community, our next meeting aims to draw from the wisdom in our group and enable sharing ideas peer to peer. We are very pleased to welcome Harriet Dodd of TopHat Discovery CIC to lead us for the hour using coaching tools like Action Learning Sets and group dialogue around key challenges you face.
We’re excited to trial this with the forum and hope this style of session could bring a lot of benefits to the forum, e.g.:
- Building up the community by creating connections, utilising peer support and everyone having an opportunity to share
- An opportunity to reflect on challenges and think about them differently/from different perspectives
- A chance to obtain advice and wisdom from peers on challenges you’ve been facing
- A chance to offer your experience and wisdom and contribute to the community
