This online interactive information session will provide an introduction to Managing a Safeguarding Investigation is part of the Alliance's programme of safeguarding support for members. It is aimed for those with responsibility for managing safeguarding investigations in your organisation and will equip you with the process and approach that should be followed. The aim is to provide a practical framework to use in an investigation. Please note, this session will not be about how to be a safeguarding investigator).

Time: 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Software: Zoom (all you need is a charged laptop and internet connection to join the session)

Who is it for:  The session is open to members of the Alliance and is targeted to small to medium sized organisations who need support in dealing with a safeguarding concern and equip them how to carry out an investigation. If you have the responsibility for managing safeguarding investigations in the organisation then this is for you.   

What the course will cover: Guidance and information to organisations, outlining a process to follow during a safeguarding investigation that is survivor and witness focused.
